Shipping policy
Ingle Home takes pride in fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Most of our products are in stock at our warehouse in Washington state and ship within 1-2 days.
Delivery Options
We work together with a few selected logistics partners. All delivery rates are fixed as we included the handling and processing charges.
Shipping doesn't include tax and should be paid separately. All our deliveries are standard and don't include inside delivery & furniture assembly services.
Delivery Process
We will send you an email and tracking number once we ship it. This email will tell you the name of the courier and the tracking number, so you can stay updated all the way.
In case you have any special delivery requests, please contact our Customer Support Team before we ship your order to discuss options.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery date has been arranged with you in advance but you are not able to accept the delivery when the delivery team arrives, we might need to charge you a re-delivery fee. Our Customer Experience Team will reach out to you before the delivery is reattempted. Please note that Ingle Home does not take responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete order details including but limited to the delivery address, contact details, or email given upon purchase and the subsequent failure of delivery as a result.
Damages & Defects
We offer free returns or refunds on orders that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact the customer service with necessary evidence within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please keep the packaging as you may need it to return the product.
Customers is responsible for all the return expenses if the furniture is delivered in good condition and it is not defective.
Shipping Carriers & Warehouses
We ship with trusted carriers including Amazon Shipping, FedEx, and USPS. Your order is fulfilled from one of our multiple warehouses, and we automatically choose the warehouse closest to your delivery address to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, the carrier and the origin warehouse may vary from order to order — and on larger orders, items may occasionally ship from different warehouses and arrive separately.
