- Customers must have an Ingle Home account to earn, view, and redeem Ingle Points.
- Customers earn 5 Ingle Points for every eligible $1 spent.
- Points are calculated based on the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts.
- Shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, and other excluded charges do not earn points.
- Reward discounts require a minimum qualifying purchase.
- A maximum of $50 in point rewards may be redeemed on one order.
- Point rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes unless otherwise stated.
- Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points cannot be transferred, sold, or combined between customer accounts.
- Welcome points may only be earned once per customer.
- Birthday rewards may only be earned once per calendar year.
- Review points are available only for eligible verified purchases.
- Duplicate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent reviews are not eligible for points.
- Referral points are awarded only after the referred customer completes an eligible first purchase.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, canceled orders, and fraudulent transactions are not eligible.
- Points earned from canceled, returned, refunded, or partially refunded orders may be removed from the customer's account.
- Points may take time to appear after an eligible order or activity is completed.
- Ingle Home reserves the right to correct point balances and cancel points obtained through system errors, misuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
- Ingle Home may modify, pause, or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
